We use both renters self-reports and the annual DHCR registrations to determine if a building has rent-stabilized units. It is possible that a landlord missed an annual registration and therefore the info is not reflected on openigloo. We update this data when the city updates their records. Recent tenants highlight the building's prime location near key landmarks like Grand Central and Bryant Park. Positive aspects include efficient and friendly doormen, well-maintained amenities like a gym and roofdeck, and overall cleanliness. However, challenges include slow maintenance responses, excessive paperwork for renting, and occasional elevator issues. Improvement is suggested in the management team's responsiveness to address maintenance concerns promptly. Despite minor setbacks, most renters appreciate the building's features and location, making it a desirable option for those seeking convenience and a pleasant living environment in Manhattan.

fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good staff, great outdoor deck. Generally good.
Cons:
Once in a while one of the elevators didn't work. Also, amount of paperwork demanded of would-be renters was obscene.
Advice to owner:
Too much paperwork before you can rent here- it shouldn't be as difficult as buying a unit. But generally I was satisfied here.

Poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our unit landlord is a great person.
Cons:
The management does not WORK. We had serious home maintenance issues that needed to be fixed right away but took very very long with no real response from management. Also many things were bumpy with the moving in process.. So many mistakes..
Advice to owner:
Improve the management team.
