Overall good experience

Pros:
It's kept very clean.
Cons:
1) Sometimes my water comes out brown for a second, even with filters on my faucets. 2) I sometimes feel unwelcomed / disliked by one of the people that runs the building. 3) One time I saw a singular cockroach in the lobby on my way out to get takeout but it was gone by the time I returned.

Beautiful lobby. Neighbors were quiet when I lived there.
Cons:
No true kitchen in the studio apartment.
