Filthy common area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is just great for everything. Few blocks to the station
Cons:
Filthy common area like bathroom and stairs. It looks like they clean up sometimes but..
Advice to owner:
They should individually advice tenant who uses common area dirty.
