Mice and cockroach infested building

- Location. Gramercy neighborhood is quaint
Cons:
- Mice in trash area - Mice in apartment - Cockroach heaven in summertime - Building out of compliance for terrible trash area - Building front door keys distributed to nonresidents of buildings making building access unsafe - Packages regularly missing
