Mice and cockroach infested building

- Location. Gramercy neighborhood is quaint
Cons:
- Mice in trash area - Mice in apartment - Cockroach heaven in summertime - Building out of compliance for terrible trash area - Building front door keys distributed to nonresidents of buildings making building access unsafe - Packages regularly missing

Good apartment for price for the area

-location -1 bedroom -renovated bathroom -big closet -management is very responsive
Cons:
-had lots of roaches -small 1bedroom -kitchen is a corner -stairs/lobby would sometimes be dirty
