Recent reviews for 134 East 17 Street in Manhattan highlight a mix of experiences. Tenants appreciate the building's management and handyman, as well as the fair rent. However, concerns existabout water quality. Another review mentions severe pest issues, noncompliance with cleanliness standards, and security risks. Despite a great location and responsive superintendent, theft incidents and pest problems persist. Some tenants praise the affordability and location but note occasional thefts and pest presence. Although the management is responsive, some units face pest challenges and cleanliness issues. Improved pest control and security measures could enhance the overall tenant experience.
