Could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, high ceilings, laundry in building, no pest problems
Cons:
Walls are very, very thin and you feel like you are sharing an apt with your neighbors. Packages stolen constantly from lobby & management refuses to update “security system” (just a buzzer w no camera) or take any responsibility. Elevator is old, extremely noisy and terrifying (don’t take it unless absolutely necessary and hear it making crashing noises all day and night). Some sketchy neighbors buzzing in strangers/thieves with no regard for others safety. Super is ok but is at war with landlords and never seem to get the real story.
Advice to owner:
They don’t care, no point in doing this.
