If you have an issue they won’t fix it.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is nice, but won’t actually fix problems. Will give you an apartment without telling you multiple things don’t work well.
Cons:
Your electric bill during the summer will be over $400 and you won’t be comfortable.
Make sure everything works properly before they force you to sign term sheet moving in. Push off for a few weeks to see if heat, air, and water pressure all work.
