Crazy Neighbor Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location was great. Close to Union square. Quiet neighborhood near gramercy park and Irving plaza. Live in super also!
Cons:
I lived above someone who complained at the slightest floor board creak. One time they called the cops on a little party we were having at 8pm on Super Bowl Sunday…
Advice to owner:
None. I guess you take what you can get right?

Ok not luxurious
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management, quick trash removal
Cons:
Common area was dirty and the heat was not enough to actually heat the apartment in the winter. Heat was also turned on late.
Advice to owner:
Heat should be turned on more

Nice apartment in poorly maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
My apartment was great. Good size, great light, good storage (closet and kitchen cabinets)
Cons:
Building itself could use an internal paint job, looks like it hasn't been touched in years. Landlord is a typical NYC landlord in that he does not value tenants and values money.
Advice to owner:
Value loyal tenants
