Well maintained Gramercy apt

Pros:
Well maintained building in Gramercy Shared areas like recycling, lobby and washing machines are kept clean Building management answers emails prompts and is effective when needed (replacing damaged appliances, speeding up apartment repairs)
Cons:
Super requires multiple follow-ups to come to anything - from small items to major repairs Spotty doorman service No two year leases
