Pest Issue Not Addressed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Hector the super is lovely and I never had an issue with packages being stolen, despite being on a busy street. If you're on the Park Ave side (A-line) it can be noisy.
Cons:
Primary issue was a persistent rodent issue that wasn't addressed. They laid traps a few times but there was an instance where we caught one and the super was away so no one was available to help dispose of it. Caught ~8 mice while living here.
Advice to owner:
Address rodent issue.
