Gramercy Park, the rancid beauty
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and properly maintained. Proximity to Gramercy Park.
Cons:
Building staff does not really acknowledge you if you are not a co-op owner. You have 0 advantages of having a doorman and all of the disadvantages such as not really feeling home ever.
Neighbors, often the older ones, are probably the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Very aggressive, closed minded and not welcoming people. I can’t wait to leave the building and neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Building management should treat renters as well as the co-op owners if they want to maintain revenue when they decide to rent their apartments.
