Nice area and building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super lives in the building and is super friendly and will help fix any issues with the building or unit. Great location and safe.
Cons:
Despite being a non-smoking building, some of the tenants who live in the building before Stonehenge acquired the building like to smoke inside their apartment, and the hallway absorbs smell on certain floors.

Beware: Back of the building apts
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building super is great and works hard to keep the building clean.
Cons:
Beware - all apartments that face the back of the building are VERY dark and get almost zero sunlight. I don’t recommend.
Also - lots of roaches. But super responds fast with an exterminator.
Advice to owner:
Not their fault there’s no light behind the building! So nothing really!
