Honestly, don’t move here
Pros
The staff is really nice and the building is always clean.
Cons
The owners are unresponsive. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with them and once you do there is a lot of miscommunication. Also the elevator breaks almost every other week. There is also only one laundry room for 10 floors with only two washing machines.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive and add more amenities. These apartments are too expensive (especially for this area) for residents to not have access to management 25/7.
