Great value building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive super, pest prevention, clean
Cons:
Plumbing issues, laundry room only available at night

Decent place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is the nicest guy and will fix anything for you very quickly. Apartment hallways are well kept as well and garbage is always managed properly
Cons:
Had mice and roaches, even on higher floors - also the laundry situation is terrible and was not mentioned by the broker (you share the laundry room with the laundromat and can only use the machines on Sunday or after 8pm)

Meh, what you'd expect
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Building issues are taken care of quickly
- Super is amazing
Cons:
- Issues are fixed with minimum effort (so they may reoccur)
- Problems with loud neighbors (late night parties)
- Water pressure really inconsistent
- Water temp really inconsistent
- Heating is not sufficient sometimes

Fundamentally, it's a big management company that's working to maximize profit. Don't expect any sympathy in terms of "being a good tenant" ... rent will be raised as much as possible YoY.
Advice to owner:
Fix water problems, actually keep heat high enough, give some benefit to good tenants

Solid place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Albert is a great landlord. Very nice and responsive. The other tenants in the building are great. Quiet and respectful. Amazing location tucked away on a quiet street.
Cons:
We found 3 live cockroaches and one dead one over the course of the year we lived there. I also think there might’ve been a mouse at some point but if you keep your food sealed and take your trash out frequently then it was fine. They provide exterminators.

Decent Living Experience in a Great Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location, nice sized apartment, great to have an elevator
Cons:
Some residents are filthy leading to mice issues, super can be hard to work with
Advice to owner:
Be more clear through communication with tenants
