“luxury” doesn’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
convenient to subway
Cons:
Loud, revolving door of unqualified maintenance people, the super is a creep, delivery people still not allowed to come upstairs and doormen do nothing
Advice to owner:
If you want to call it luxury and charge luxury prices get a staff who actually does something

A Gramercy Gem

Pros:
The doormen and employees in the building couldn't be nicer.

A unit on the lower floor had a hole by the toilet that led to cockroaches in the apartment but the issue was eventually resolved by the management.

Great building, hidden gem, reasonably priced
Former Tenant
Pros:
I loved this building. It is clean and well maintained. It is run by a great company, I had zero complaints. Everything works and rarely had an issue (if ever). It is well priced for the location, level of services, quality of apartments, and amenities. It is a secret hidden gem! Apartments are also big for the area and renovated!!
Cons:
Literally no cons
Advice to owner:
Build more buildings lol

Abington Properties: crooks
Former Tenant
Pros:
1 doorman who is good at his job (Mark).
Cons:
Overpriced. A homeless man was sleeping in front of my front door one night bc security isn’t a thing. There was a rape in Abington’s Kips Bay property. Negligence. A lot of nice and roaches.
Advice to owner:
Do better. People are moving out in droves.

Great amenities, fantastic neighborhood.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevators, doorman, mail room, laundry room, garbage chute, roof, sometimes great furniture finds in the basement!
Cons:
Often slow response from the super for help, occasional cockroach sightings, major intersection so traffic sounds, elevator can be slow sometimes.
