So many issues

Pros:
Great location, lots of storage, sometimes you get new updated appliances, elevator in building, live in super who is great
Cons:
Management fails to address real building maintenance concerns such as rodents(mice and rats), water bugs, roaches, leaks. Have to follow up multiple times and they never have solutions or offer any help.
Advice to owner:
Tenants should receive better care, this is our home.

Love the party time door man and Facho the live in super is amazing! Great location and laundry on every floor
Cons:
On a loud/busy street, roach problem, water turned off often for maintenance

Pros:
The laundry machines on each floor are really convenient. The live-in super and the doormen are all great and very nice! The apartment itself was nice as well and I really enjoyed the location.

Location, high ceilings, laundry on the floor and the week time doorman is the best

The road work in the street at all hours in the morning was terrible sometimes and walls are THIN

Great building and super

Pros:
The super is very nice and is always quick to fix anything. The maintenance team and the doormen keep the building clean and secure. Packages are always secure.
Cons:
The heat in the winter is very little.
