Well kept building in Gramercy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very friendly staff
Cons:
Building amenities are lacking; gym hasn't been updated recently, pool closed and roof leaves a bit to be desired

I love my building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, nice residents, recently renovated hallways and laundry room
Cons:
It’s next to St Francis home for the poor and they sometimes gather in the building’s front area. Elevators are old but about to be renewed.
Advice to owner:
Fix up the roof! Put in nice furniture and plants up there.
