Pros:
Location is great, cheap and well made apartment
Cons:
Bug issue, oven doesn't work and they never fixed it, no windows

I was really pleased but this got too expensive

Super was fired. New super is good.
Advice to owner:
Take out trash every day, don’t be cheap

Pros:
Building is sturdy, so no structural issues or flooding when there’s heavy rain or snow. Garbage and recycling taken out multiple times a week. Someone comes to clean the hallways once a week. They spray for bugs every some months.
Cons:
There’s been mice in the building. They do come and try to fix the issue if you notify the super.
