Nightmare on Lexington
Former Tenant
Pros:
Dishwasher and relatively large kitchen in the apartment.
Cons:
No gas in the apartment for about 8 months, leakage running from the walls ruining many bags. Generally, one maintenance issue after another. Also, one month the automated system charged two months of rent and took weeks to correct this.
Advice to owner:
Fix issues and compensate owners for unlivable conditions or give them an option to move out.
