Overall great apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent stabilized, great location, relatively quite clean, super is helpful with fixing things. Mostly quiet, neighbors keep to themself.
Cons:
Super and management can be hard to reach, but if you are persistent they are very helpful. Also, as it is rent stabilized and therefore old/outdated, things break fairly often. Worth it for the price though!

Best building I’ve lived in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Honestly there’s not much wrong with this building. Sometimes the management company can be unhelpful and pushy, but the super is great and is usually pretty responsive. Neighbors are all quiet and respectful, mail room is well maintained, the street is always clean and the garbage area is taken care of. There were some flooding issues over the summer for the ground floor units, but that was the same across all of NYC. All in all I love this building and the people in it.
Cons:
Management company can be unhelpful and pushy, dirty windows
Advice to owner:
Wash the windows!
