competitive price never found a bug or mouse in apt
Cons:
lobby and package area were gross.

Pros:
-good water pressure -not too noisy -thick walls -no mold, rodents or roaches
Cons:
-landlord company is sketchy and hard to reach -super was never at the building -lots of fights/shouting/arguments in the hallway and lots of stolen packages!
Advice to owner:
Do something about all the mail being stolen

Management will gaslight you heat is inconsistent excrement and throw up on landing from a squatter
