Landlord finished prison sentence and increased rent

Cons:
Landlord didn’t pay con Ed bill, notices given for lights in common area shutoff. Landlord didn’t heat building and fired super, consistently cold temperatures during winter. Drilled out locks before lease ended

Cons:
Management is AWFUL, the owner is a crook and they do not take care of the building.
They overwork their staff and don't care about their tenants
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants right!
