Good for College Students
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location--right across from a bus stop and near many restaurants. Nice neighbors. Good.
Cons:
Common areas appear swept but not mopped or cleaned with soap and water. Very dark units. Roaches are hard to control.

Glaring issues, but a nice super
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is amazing and surprisingly quiet for being a major avenue. The management company is eh, but the super is really responsive and it never felt like a hassle to ask him for help. I moved out before the 7th Street Burger moved in, also, so if you have a weakness for their food good luck!
Cons:
One of the windows would fall out when you tried to open it and management wouldn't replace it. Instead, they jacked our rent up after our 2021 COVID deal expired. Also, the bathrooms had awful ventilation and mold was a problem.
Advice to owner:
Check the windows!!!
