Good starter apartment

Pros:
Location was convenient and the space was pretty well maintained
Cons:
Building tenants were great, but neighboring buildings were either airbnbs or something bc they were holding huge parties well into the pandemic. Super noisy. 311 cracked down a couple of times
Advice to owner:
Figure out how to keep the noise levels down
