Pros:
Love the elevator and doormen- mail is very convenient, the hallways look nice, the unit is nice and spacious, the garbage/recycling is easy and out of the way, no significant pest issues during my time here
Cons:
It is so loud with the drilling and construction inside the building, and there have been a lot of maintenance issues like no gas and our hot water being turned off for long stretches regularly. If these issues get resolved quickly, would recommend this building.

Great staff/doormen, great location, comfortable apartments with updated appliances, laundry in building, elevator.
Cons:
Rooftop was closed for years, water bugs during heavy rain seasons, if you need something fixed it may take time, noisiness of location/construction

Lovely Staff in well maintained building

Pros:
The staff is wonderful and helpful. Apartments are spacious. Great location.
Cons:
Lots of renovations make the building louder than normal. Have had cockroaches and mice despite very clean apartment. Super acknowledges issues but takes time repairing, needs multiple follow ups.
