Nice space, decent building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, good kitchen, washer drier in unit
Cons:
Roaches in the apartment due to a hole in the wall that super would not fix.

Solid building with potential, but terrible management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
4 bedroom with each bedroom having a window and closet space. 2 bathrooms, one w. washer/dryer tightly squeezed in. Good mid-town location.
Cons:
Terrible management. Unresponsive, argumentative, accusatory, and overall incompetent. Originally agreed to lease the building to us, "pulled out" once we had already signed then let us have it back a week later. Sketchy. Owner's son is a broker so was trying to take the business away from external broker and make a quick buck even though they did not help us whatsoever. Unhelpful in most situations when is came to helping fix things such as heat not working in the dead of winter, occasional roaches sighting, not fixing lock on door, intercom issues, etc. Also tried to hold back security deposit when apartment was in the same/if not better condition then when moving in.
Advice to owner:
Clean up your act and stop trying to run the building like its your side project, actually listen to your tenants and stop acting like this building is the greatest apartment in manhattan and that your tenants are lucky to live there.
