Location, location, location.
Cons:
Dirty, old, cheap and the rent increases are insane!!!

Fine Apartment, packages stolen

Pros:
The layout was great for 1 person, and I never had any issue with roaches or rats!
Cons:
The actual building was not very clean, and we had a break in to the building where someone broke open the mailboxes. Packages got stolen quite a bit
