Slightly outdated bathrooms & long response times from management. Noisy neighbors as well.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Updated appliances, hardly any pests, awesome maintenance guys
Cons:
Apartment given to us unclean and with lots of issues (like mold) that should’ve been fixed before lease started, management can be slow to fixing issues, have to pay for heat (expensive), noisy retired frat guys for neighbors, charged a lot more than other buildings nearby for less (no elevator, stairway and rooftop unkempt, not all the rooms have a closet, only one laundry unit at the basement that tenants have to pay for). Owner tried to have us move out in the middle of our lease so they can lease it to someone else when real estate prices started to go back up. Utility was over $300 a month before we manually switched providers
Advice to owner:
Have people clean the stairway more often. Take care of molding furniture on rooftop
