Great location horrible building

Pros:
Right next to the 6 line and relatively close to Q and R Great Indian food around Not too far from Union square
Cons:
Building is falling apart and in bad condition

Pros:
My apartment had a beautiful outdoor patio
Cons:
Pest infested, leaking, moulds were just some problems. Owner does not care. Will not respond or address any issue.
