great space, horrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
loved living in a beautiful apartment. it’s pretty quiet and on top of a restaurant that hasnt been in operation since 2019.
Cons:
horribly unresponsive management. If anything non-emergent breaks (like your freezer!) expect to have to fight them for months for any action to be taken. The hallway always smells like a moldy sock, especially when it rains or gets hot (there was a flood in the basement 2 yrs ago).
Advice to owner:
do better.
