DO NOT LIVE HERE - worst management ever

No pros, terrible place to live.
Cons
Worst management ever. We had no hot water for a week in the middle of winter and had radio silence from management. They would go weeks without responding to our requests, and were rude and incompetent. The walls were also razor thin, AC units would leak, and the elevator would constantly break.
Advice to the owners
Worst management I’ve ever dealt with.

Nice building, horrible management
Pros
Small building, units themselves are clean and spacious for the area. Good, convenient location with access to lots of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and parks.
Cons
The management is pretty terrible. Unresponsive and doesn't communicate well. People in the building had significant leaks, no heat, etc.
