Pros:
The super was a super down to earth and good man. There was also laundry in the neighboring building next door which was nice.
Cons:
The management company is terrible, will do anything to cover their asses, and don't care about their tenants. I had tried to break the lease due to an abusive roommate and they pointed the blame back at me. Also a terrible mice infestation due to the neighboring restaurants downstairs. Even though we weren't the ground floor.
