No real complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building feels clean enough. Rent stabilized 3 bed 2 bath. Neighbors are mostly in their early 20s so that is good if you recently graduated and want to meet people but isn't good if you like to sleep at a reasonable hour. Elevator.
Cons:
Management does not pay attention to you at all which is not a problem unless you have a major maintenance issue. The super was fine for smaller things but my bathroom ceiling was leaking for over a month before it got fixed. I have also seen 3 roaches in my unit since moving in and more in the basement. There is an exterminator who comes once a month but he basically just sprays in the spot where you report having seen the roach so not that effective.

Third floor apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location location location and 2 bathrooms in a 3 bedroom unit.
Cons:
The building manager/super are extremely unresponsive. It took multiple messages to get a responsive and even longer for someone to come repair the running toilet (which continued to run even after). We’ve also found 3 dead cockroaches in our unit, but at least they were dead. There’s a family of mice living in the garbage area.
