Good space, close to subway
Cons:
Mice, owner gas lighted us telling us we let mice in with us

Cons:
The super never responds, we will be told we can’t use water and it won’t get fixed for 3 days. The power goes out and the landlords won’t respond. The pest control shows up randomly with no warning. People will come to work on the apartment with 0 advanced warning. They were workers painting the stairs and we couldn’t leave and they didn’t tell us. Random people in the roof. Just so much wrong and the landlord will still never respond. No workers have ever worn a mask
Advice to owner:
Please warn us ahead of time if people are coming and if we lose electricity or water people keep us in the loop.
