Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of places nearby for whatever you need
Cons:
The appliances (microwave, stove, fridge) are cheap as hell, they are likely to break during your time there. The building is right on 3rd avenue and it’s very loud. You can hear everything that goes on outside. The worst part is that it’s infested with rodents. It’s right next to a McDonald’s and every single night I would see a mouse in the apartment
Advice to owner:
Don’t think he’ll bother to listen so no point

Worst landlord i have ever dealt with
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely no pros.
Cons:
Landlord was awful never even got my security deposit back and he Alan tried to charge me 3x my security deposit when I moved out. I begged for it and asked to get it back and he said no because of “damages” meanwhile it was just myself and my roommate there who did NOTHING to the apartment we didn’t even decorate it. He barely answered his phone when something was wrong and the oven was broken for a whole month and he could carw less that I couldn’t cook
Advice to owner:
Alan please sell this building to someone who actually cares about their tenants
