The superintendent’s wife acts like she owns the place
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s quiet and in the middle of a the city. Very conveniently located.
Cons:
I have never seen or met a more rude person than the superintendent’s wife. The superintendent Jimmy himself is the nicest person ever but his wife walks around like she runs the place. She is rude to residents and she always sings loudly every morning around 8. We can hear her voice in the hallway as well. I had to move out cause I couldn’t handle her voice during covid especially since I had to work from home. She is difficult to talk to and literally should not be living in this building for free. The owner of the building should do something about this
Advice to owner:
Either talk to the Super’s wife or change the super in it’s entirety. The residents absolutely cannot stand her and her attitude
