Decent building, good experience.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen and super are phenomenal. Very responsive and always willing to help.
Cons:
There was some construction during my stay. This would remove on elevator from operation and caused problems with the wait for the other.
Advice to owner:
Treat your employees at this property well. They take care of the tenants.

Great Place to Live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly Staffs, and management team onsite. Spacious rooms and clean public spaces
Cons:
The price is a bit high, and there's limited public hangout spaces and amenities/rooftop terrace.
Advice to owner:
Nothing I can think of at this time actually.

Good building, responsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are kind and helpful, wasn’t noisy (but I faced 33rd not Lex), management was very responsive to issues, unit was recently renovated and very nice. Neighbors were nice.
Cons:
There was mold on the AC/Heat cover when we moved in, but the super responded immediately and replaced it. One of the building employees (not a doorman) was creepy and harassed one of our roommates, but management responded quickly and professionally when we complained.
