Just so many mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice people in the building. Good area for food and drinks. Right off the 6
Cons:
Severe rodent problem that they didn’t seem to care about. Heat was often turned off in the winter at night
Advice to owner:
Call an exterminator
