Overall Not Bad - Decent First NYC Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is responsive if something is wrong, you just have to stay on top of it and remind them constantly. Apartment was really big for the price, and conveniently located by laundry, subway, and TJ’s.
Cons:
Shattered front glass door, stairs feel like they might fall through at any time, “valet trash” aka there’s nowhere for you to put trash, sometimes they come by to pick it up sometimes they just don’t. Be wary of the streeteasy posting, the broker is the worst and will just lie to you. Not all rooms fit a queen bed, there is no laundry in building or second bathroom or building garden. The postings always lie.
Advice to owner:
Get a new broker.

It’s ok for the size of the apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large space. Good location and easy to get wherever you need to go. Laundry right below apartment so don’t have to go very far. Great first apartment for New York for the price.
Cons:
Packages are a pain to be delivered. Either have to be there or hope someone else is to let them in. Sometimes they just leave them. Super isn’t great - comes by to fix things but doesn’t really do anything about it and says there’s nothing to do. Usually blames it on something dumb that’s in fixable and you just have to be aware of it. Overall management was just not great and it was hard to get them to fix anything.
