Murray Hill Manor Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff was extremely nice and responsive, nice doormen.
Cons:
Pest issues (cockroaches). Scaffolding up that will most likely stay up for awhile.

Still sweet home
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good for commute (subway, train and ferry) and food.
Cons:
3rd Ave is crazy noisy.
Advice to owner:
Maybe improve the sound proof to the crazy street noise.

Old but decent property
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, the space is decent with lots of natural light.
Cons:
Bars across the street and 3rd Ave is pretty busy days and nights. Not for someone who can't bear street noises.

Can find somewhere much nicer for this price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are great and so friendly and always willing to help.
Cons:
Massive Cockroaches constantly coming up the sinks, even with pest control once a month. Was just told to “close my sinks at night” to avoid them.
Management company doubled my rent. Understandable due to Covid pricing, but refused to even negotiate with me or give me any break below market value. They are actually asking me to pay higher than what they are getting for market value..

Terrible serviced building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice people living in the building and doormen
Cons:
Huge Cockroaches from the second I moved in and management did nothing. I called 311 and they finally called a exterminator. Doorman doesn’t like guests and take job too serious. Management had no remorse for rent due to Covid financial hardships
