5th floor apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet neighbors for the most part. Close to the 6 subway
Cons:
Apartment was not nicely furnished, flooring needed to be redone. Apartment was very hot in the winter when the heat came on, unbearably so and you’re right on 34th st so it’s so loud you can’t open a window. Had to run AC unit year round.

Nice apartment, great location, a few management issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really few complaints on the apartment, it was great. Spacious, nice kitchen, great bedroom space, decent bathroom. Building is small but has a working elevator if needed, pretty lobby, minimal trash issues. No package theft, haven’t seen any rodents. Excellent location, super close to subway.
Cons:
Construction has been non-stop in certain units for at least six months, it has been very loud and distracting. Super is relatively responsive but can be extremely rude and accusatory for no reason, always felt like a battle with him. Building flooded once from a heavy rain. Management is known to be rude, they lost one of our checks and it was quite a process to get the situation worked out. We have to send paper checks in every month, which is annoying
Advice to owner:
Switch to online rent payment. Prioritize finishing construction.
