The location is one of the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right by the 6 train and a walk to almost every train that stops on 34th. Best doormen in the city Quick to respond to any issue in the apartment
Cons:
- Needs a facelift immediately ( the lobby is outdated and the carpets on each floor are from the 70s) - managed building meaning they will raise your rent drastically every year
Advice to owner:
Use some of the hi-rent to update the lobby and hallways

Management unreachable at time of need
Former Tenant
Pros:
The reception desk employees, super and the handymen are such lovely people. They make my day every time i enter or exit the building. The apartments are spacious. Building is clean
Cons:
Management is unreachable in time of need. They increased the rent 30% but were not there to contact when i needed to discuss. No warning of construction work. Specially when everyone nowadays need to work from home.

Leasing office sucks but great management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are all very nice, building is managed very well. All tickets opened were resolved within a day when possible or ASAP. Never had an issue with neighbors and great roofdeck.
Cons:
Dealing with the leasing office really sucked. Unresponsive and rude.
