Good enough! Room for improvement

Pros:
It’s a great location and each apartment is a good amount of space for a single person. No issues with the apartment and the Super is responsive and present everyday. Does the job
Cons:
1. Cockroach issue with big ones showing up every month or so 2. Noise from street level, fine but not good for light sleepers 3. Management is not very responsive if there are issues or fixes needed - they manage hundreds of buildings
