No heat - 6 weeks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great & friendly building staff
Cons:
Building gave all units on the corner side of the building space heaters for 6 weeks while they make repairs and aren’t offering any rent discounts. Space heaters cost a LOT of electricity to run and management refused to pay us for this additional electric

Great Building, Great Staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
-amazing staff from doormen, porters, management -never have seen any rodents in 3 years of living here -laundry in building -nice rooftop -doormen take care of packages so nothing gets stolen
Cons:
-outside traffic gets very loud, as the apartment is on the corner of 34th and 3rd -not much to do in the area
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work

incredibly well-run building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a really warm, friendly, well-maintained building with a superior staff. While south facing apartments are noisy, north facing units are quiet, especially if higher up.
Cons:
There is some churn in the building with younger people moving in and out. The heat and cooling units are decent but you often will want it warmer in winter and cooler in the summer.

No complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good mgmt, good staff
Cons:
Think 34th St is especially noisy given the proximity to the hospital
