Super doesn’t exist
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, the rent was cheap, we had a dishwasher
Cons:
Roach problem that we had to handle ourselves, there is no super so messes like vomit took days to clean up, the people who work for property management are very rude and they use any excuse possible to keep a large chunk of your security
Advice to owner:
Do better?
