Great apartment (other than being very noisy)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean apartment, well maintained. Friendly doormen.
Cons:
VERY noisy. Especially if you are facing 3rd Ave. The building is right above a grocery store so food delivery trucks are absurdly slow loud every night. A lot of traffic and horns on the streetcar.
Property management company didn’t give me back my security deposit for 3 months.
Advice to owner:
Better sound proofing

Great doormen, clean apartments, clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator, doorman, cleanliness. Spacious apartments. Flexed 2 bedroom and still have a full sized living room.
Cons:
Some tenants aren’t that nice since they own their apartments. Sometimes when the gas kicks on you can hear the pipes.

Very noisy street if facing the avenue or 35th street. Not many amenities besides laundry in building and doorman. No garbage room, need to bring to basement.
