Great spot to live in a quiet and convenient neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very responsive super, updated finishes, feels safe and secure, lots of natural light, huge true bedroom
Cons:
Expensive for a flexed apartment, was told flex wall not allowed to go to ceiling, packages have been stolen
Over 1 year ago
great building, minus the laundry
Former Tenant
Pros:
super is great
Cons:
laundry machines broke like every week
Advice to owner:

Five year rental
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and accessible to gym, grocery and restaurants
Cons:
Management company is not suited for basic communication and they have zero interest in the tenant's needs. The unit I lived in suffered from rodent infestation for nearly one year, and they still managed to raise the rent during the height of COVID.

As a first time renter, this was a good experience.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cleanliness of the building.
Cons:
When I first moved in there was a roach problem.
