Not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central Manhattan. Near Grand Central and subway stations
Cons:
Oh man, where do I begin. The front door never locked so anyone was able to come in. The first floor has an underground brothel. There are rats in the basement where you have to leave the garbage. Good luck getting through the office.
Advice to owner:
Do better!

Problems with landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s location and the charm of the apartment
Cons:
No hot water and heat 3 to 4 weekends every winter, constant pest (mouse, roaches), landlord not responsive and illegal rent increases
Advice to owner:
Respect your tenants at least when they pay on time and they take care of your property!
