Dated but solid

Pros:
Really nice laundry room in the basement with industrial grade machines. Really nice lighting and big windows. Really good layouts
Cons:
Smelly hallways (carpets in the hallways stink).

Central location, tons of eating out options and grocery stores including TJs nearby, laundry in building, elevators
Cons:
Busy street so a lot of noise, no doorman so packages sometimes get lost or stolen

-Pretty clean
-Quiet living area
Cons:
-Laundry room is pretty gross and machines constantly break
-Cockroaches inside apartments and basement
-Hallways and basement can smell really bad from time to time
-Homeless man will sometimes occupy the lobby during the winder
