Pros:
Rent not too bad, spacious area. Packages system efficient.
Cons:
Landlord / Super EXTREMELY helpless - and main reason I moved out - Never responded to calls or emails - By the end of our lease we had emailed him saying that we weren't staying and his email inbox was FULL because he never opens anything
Advice to owner:
Implement a different Super / Super that may be a little more motivated

Very clean and have never had any bug problems, central heat and air, good views, helpful and responsive staff, laundry room

Overpriced, amenities are not always accessible, thin walls and windows, can’t control temperature of heat and ac
