    Doormen and staff are amazing, neighbors are nice and apartments are larger than typical NY

    The laundry room was always clean, the building is located in nice neighborhood near Trader Joe’s.

    Live in super is great and responsive.
    Cons:
    Building was without cooking gas for months in 2019. Ownership was not willing to negotiate rents because of COVID

    Be more willing to negotiate
